To Accomodate Golf Business Growth, Apex Golf Enterprises Is Formed and Will Include Golfknockoff.com, Clubbuilders.net and Golf Gear News

As of March, 2006, Apex Mountain Holdings Corporation has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary which will include the online e-commerce business units Golfknockoff.com, Clubbuilders.net and the blog/podcast called Golf Gear News. These businesses will operate under the umbrella of Apex Golf Enterprises.
"We formed the golf group because, with the addition of Clubbuilders.net and Golf Gear News, golf-related business now makes up more than 50% of our sales and continues to grow," stated Bruce Stasch, president of Apex Mountain Holdings.
"The www.clubbuilders.net site was launched to market directly to clubbuilders with the largest selection of components on the Internet," explained Stasch, "we found that more than 20% of our business on www.golfknockoff.com was from customers buying components so a site better suited to their needs was in order."
