IFAI Contracts with Apex to Provide Podcasting and Video Production Services for IFAI EXPO 2007
7/17/07
Apex Marketing Group has contracted with the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) to provide audio podcasting and video production for their upcoming trade show IFAI EXPO 2007 in Las Vegas. This show is the largest of its kind in North America and will feature over 450 exhibitors and 7,500 attendees.
Apex was asked to work with the association to help them communicate all of the exciting things that their association offers its members as well as highlight the many activities, exhibitors, educational programs, and networking opportunities that are available. This will be the first time that IFAI will extensively utilize new media like podcasts and videos to capture the excitement of their annual trade show.
As part of its work for IFAI, Apex has already created audio podcasts for membership promotion with a series of broadcasts called What Members Say and for pre-show promotion of the EXPO 2007 educational symposiums by getting four speakers behind the microphone to talk about their presentations: Battlefield Gear, Sport Gear, e-Textiles and the Fabric Graphics Pre-Show symposium.
IFAI will utilize this show footage as streaming video on their websites www.ifai.com and www.ifaiexpo.com, repackage the symposiums for resale as DVDs and extensively promote the association for membership, exhibitor marketing and for attendance at next year's EXPO 2008 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
